Contact Information Update Form

This form will be used to verify the accuracy of your contact information and invite you to join our digital church directory.   It will not be viewable by anyone else unless you select to share some of the information within the online version of the church directory. (This could include your name, picture, phone number, etc. You have 100% control over what you display, and this is only accessible to Church Members) If your information needs to be updated or a mistake is fixed, you can always fill out the form again since it will only save the last submission you input. https://www.springtownchurch.org/contact (IMPORTANT: ALL Adult Members of your family should fill out the contact card individually.)
