Springtownchurch.com or the Church Center App
Church Center is an online and smartphone portal for SPRINGTOWN's church family. It provides a place for us to connect, join a group, sign up for an event, give online, and organize our volunteer teams at church.
Church Center can be accessed at SpringtownChurch.com or the Church Center mobile app. Here are instructions for setting up and using the Church Center app on your phone.


Download and Install the Church Center App
  1. Search the app store for “Church Center” or go to the Android or iOS.
  2. Download and install the app
  3. Open the app and click on “Get Started.”
  4. Allow Church Center to find our church. To do so, either:
    1. Allow it to access your location & click “Springtown Adventist Church.”
      OR
    2. Search for our church by using the zip code “72734.”
  5. Click on the Springtown Adventist Church logo and select “This is my church.”
  6. Enter your phone number. Use the phone number you have provided us for the church directory and one that allows text messaging.
  7. Church Center will text you a login code. Enter the app's login code to continue setting up your password.
  8. Click on your user profile to log in. 
  9. That’s it! You are all set up. From now on, you should be logged in and won’t need to perform these steps again.
 
Using the Church Center App
We have set up multiple features for SPRINGTOWN within the Church Center, and more are to come. Most features are found using the bottom navigation menu bar or on the home page. 
Your Account
Updating Your and Your Family's Information and Photo
  1. Click on your photo or initials at the top-right corner of the screen to go into the “Account” screen.
  2. Click on your name or photo at the top to update your personal information. This will take you to the “Edit Profile” screen. Click on each item to modify it. When you are done, click the Update link at the top right of the screen.
    1. You may also update your photo from here. Click on the existing image or the “Update Photo” link (at the top of the “Edit Profile” screen). Then, upload a photo from your device.
  3. For heads of households: to update your household information, from the Account screen, click on the photos or initials under the “My Household” section. It will take you to a listing of your household members. Click on each member of your household to update their information. Just like updating your information, click on each item to edit it, then click the “Update” link at the top-right of the screen.
    1. Note: If you need to add or remove a household member, there is a link at the bottom of the page where you can contact us by email. We’ll be happy to help you out.
Church Directory
Updating Your and Your Family's Directory Settings
  1. To access the Church Center’s Directory feature, you must first be invited by the church Pastor or one of the Church Center admins.
    1. Invitations are only sent through email to the primary email address on file for you.
    2. Ensure you update your primary and family members’ email addresses using the steps above.
  2. Once you receive an invite to the SPRINGTOWN Directory, click on the link in the email, and it will ask you to log into Church Center. Use the login you set up when you downloaded the app.
  3. To choose what information to share on the church directory, go to Church Center, click on your icon or photo, and click on “Profile”.
  4. On the Profile page, click on “My Directory Settings.” You have not been invited to the church directory if you do not see this option. To request an invitation, contact the church admin at Springtown@springtownchurch.org.
  5. Under “Directory Settings,” you can select options for your personal information and the information of your household members (if you are part of a household). Check each box to allow the directory to include that information.
  6. When ready, click the “Update profile” button at the bottom right of the page to save your settings and update the church directory.
  7. Click the “Directory” link within the app to view your information and find others in the directory.
